The Business Soul Mirror is a reflection assessment designed to reveal how you instinctively handle communication, pressure, and empathy within customer support environments.
As business owners, our minds are trained for go — an incredible blessing and a double-edged sword. When everything is in forward motion, reflection becomes rare.
We are assuming you have a general idea of what customer service looks like. but knowledge isn’t the same as awareness. There are no right or wrong answers. Your aim should be focused precisely on what feels real — the one you’d choose on a busy day, not your proudest day.
In each scenario, step outside yourself and paint a vivid film of you in each scenario. This is very easy to forget, so make sure you keep it in mind as you go though the test. Focus on your own reactions like an observer.

David’s Tips and Tricks
Majority of the time the real answer feels different from the other choice. Not sure how to explain it not because it’s spiritual* or *mystical* , I just don’t have the words to explain lol.
If the none of the responses resonate, that’s fine. Go deeper. Meaning: take a sec and ask yourself why not this answer, and then go through the reason.
Remembering to picture yourself in 3rd person is pretty easy to forget, so remember to keep your mind wide and have fun with it. (For the super curious folks this is because that is not our innate point-of view.)
This is an intentionally short reflection. Take as much or as little time as you need.
